- Opt-in: You opt in at paarmelis.com/sms-opt-in. Consent is not a condition of receiving services.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation message, and after that no more messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
